This guarantee is referenced throughout our service level agreements, and you should reference your service level agreement as a client.

Our Commitment to you is that:

  • You will understand our recommendations and how we have come to them, just like writing out your math equations at school we will provide you with our workings to recommendations and take the time to explain them to you

  • We will make complex problem solving simple always, if you don't understand something we will work with you until you understand the concept

  • We will do as we say and say as we do. Transparency is key for us and you will see us document our calls together and provide you with the next steps we are taking so you always know that we are on track to deliver our promises

  • IF you are not satisfied with our service at any point, tell us and we will make it right within 24 hours, if we can't or we don't you are entitled to a refund of the monies paid for that direct service in completeness, and we refund within a reasonable timeframe
