At any point if you decide the program isn't for you, or we advise we aren't able to help we will go our separate ways
At the point where you decide the program is for you, we will discuss onboarding and send you the required documentation.

A comprehensive fact find survey for you to complete before our first call, the survey will allow me to capture detailed insights into your business as well as access core documentation needed, completing this survey will take approximately 30 minutes
A personalised welcome video from me, providing an outline of the program, communication tools and information about how to get the most out of the program.

Our first call will occur after you have completed the fact find survey, we will discuss in depth your goals, pain points and go through any questions I have as a result of the survey findings.
Between calls 1-2 Is where I will get to work & complete the strategic analysis and draft business plan. A draft business plan & the findings from the strategic analysis will be presented to you in call 2
Between calls 2-3 we will commence the financial analysis and any modelling required based on your goals, we will present this to you in call 3
Calls 3-4 will allow us to go through the financials together and enable you to be confident and clear about the metrics sitting behind your business
Between calls 5-6 is where we will focus on analysing culture, and the step- step plan to create a high performing team. Depending on your goals we may conduct an engagement survey, interview team members or complete a leadership profile to compliment this
By our final call, you will receive your finalised strategy pack encompassing the findings from the program, the detailed strategic plan and all of our workings
